为了便于我们给您提供优质满意的售后服务,同时也更好的保障您的权益。请您认真阅读此条款。

In order to provide you with high-quality and satisfactory after-sales service, while also better protecting your rights and interests. Please read this clause carefully.

本店秉承”用户是上帝”的宗旨,为客户提供优质满意的售后服务。对所有本公司销售之产品承诺提供一年内免费保修服务。具体条例如下:

Our store adheres to the principle of “users are God” and provides customers with high-quality and satisfactory after-sales service. We promise to provide a one-year free warranty service for all products sold by our company. The specific regulations are as follows:

1.从产品购买之日起一年内,于正常使用环境下根据相关技术资料正当操作时,出现的不良故障我司提供无偿保修服务;

  1. Within one year from the date of purchase of the product, our company provides free warranty services for any defective faults that occur during normal use and proper operation based on relevant technical information;

2.产品购买之日起超过一年,我司提供有偿维修服务;

  1. If the purchase date of the product exceeds one year, our company provides paid maintenance services;

3.凡购买我司产品即可享受我司最专业技术服务支持和免费提供最新升级软件包服务;

  1. Anyone who purchases our company’s products can enjoy our company’s most professional technical service support and provide the latest upgrade software package service for free;

4.因不可抗力因素(如:火灾、雷击、水灾等)引起的故障和损坏不在保修范围内;

  1. Failures and damages caused by force majeure factors (such as fire, lightning strikes, floods, etc.) are not covered by the warranty;

5.在保修期内的产品,如损坏程度严重无法维修或该型号配件已停止供货时,我司提供等值的其他产品进行更换。对于更换的产品,若其间有差价,则差价部分由客户补上。更换后的产品不再享受非产品故障换货服务。

  1. During the warranty period, if the product is severely damaged and cannot be repaired, or if the supply of this type of accessory has stopped, our company will provide other products of equivalent value for replacement. For replacement products, if there is a price difference between them, the customer will make up for the difference. The replaced products no longer enjoy non product malfunction exchange services.

条例说明:

Regulations:

产品若存在以下情况,均不在免费全保、换货、退货范围内,即使产品在保修期内,我司将收取相关维修费用。

If the product has the following situations, it is not within the scope of free full warranty, exchange, or return. Even if the product is within the warranty period, our company will charge relevant repair fees.

1.返修品有下列现象:

  1. The repaired products have the following phenomena:

a )烧毁痕迹;

a) Burn marks;

b )元器件缺损、毁坏;

b) Defect or damage of components;

c )焊盘缺损。

c) Solder pad defect.

2.操作疏忽包括:水晶头接错线导致毁损,无配戴防静电手环(针对裸板)等人为造成产品损坏,如芯片烧毁、整机主板、屏蔽盖损坏、射频头损坏等;

  1. Negligence in operation includes: damage caused by incorrect wiring of the crystal head, failure to wear an anti-static bracelet (for bare boards), and product damage caused by factors such as chip burning, damage to the main board, shielding cover, and RF head;

3.其他不正常使用(主要是电源供电部分或非公司标配电源)所造成之问题及故障;

  1. Other problems and malfunctions caused by abnormal use (mainly in the power supply part or non company standard power supply);

4.不按照说明书上安装、设计、贴片说明开展后续工作;

  1. Failure to follow the installation, design, and patch instructions in the manual for subsequent work;

5.主板烧毁严重以致无法维修时,需购买新主板更换。

When the motherboard is severely burned and cannot be repaired, it is necessary to purchase a new motherboard for replacement.

6.用户自行拆机,修理或更改电路造成的损坏;

  1. Damage caused by users disassembling, repairing or changing the circuit themselves;

7.产品信息不完整,如机身所贴的保修标贴/ MAC 地址/ SN 码◇日期纸被除、损坏或涂改,型号贴纸撕除;

  1. The product information is incomplete, such as the warranty label/MAC address/SN code on the body being removed, damaged or altered, and the model sticker being torn off;

备注:

  1. 返修运费采取双方各付一程运费。即客户负责寄回运费;我司负责寄出运费。
    Note:
    1.The shipping costs of return repair are paid by both parties. This means that the customer is required to pay for the return shipping costs and we are responsible for the outgoing shipping costs.
    2.凡返修好的货品,请客户收到产品7天内(以快递单号日期为凭)反馈质量异常,逾期不负。
    2.For repaired products, please go to feedback quality abnormalities within 7-day of receipt(with the courier number as date) overdue.

3.返修产生费用请客户于7天内确认并缴付,逾期不缴付我司将视为弃修并原样寄回,我司不作仓储保管返修件。
The cost of return repair should be confirmed and paid by the customer within 7 days. If the cost is not paid after the deadline, our company will regard it as an abstention of repair and send back as is and we will not keep the return repair in warehousing.

本条款最终解释权归本店所有。
WE RESERVES THE FINAL INTERPRETATION RIGHT OF THE CONTENTS IN THIS PRODUCT WARRANTY TERM.
