Function Description:
功能说明：

The system provides several standard operators - China Telecom, China Unicom, China Mobile, Education Network.It can also be added by custom carrier to Custom balance Group 1, Custom Balance Group 2, and Custom Balance Group 3.Each carrier label corresponds to a number of IP address segments.After a line carrier is selected, the destination IP address segment is forwarded from the line egress.Specific explanations should be combined with internal and external networks in the network configuration.
系统中提供了几个标准的运营商—中国电信、中国联通、中国移动、教育网；也可以通过自定义运营商添加到自定义均衡组一，自定义均衡组二，自定义均衡组三。 每个运营商标签背后都对应了一批 ip 地址段；相应的线路选择好运营商后，相当于这批目的 ip 地址段从该线路出口进行转发。具体要结合网络配置中的内外网配置来进行说明。

配置说明：

The WAN port is the PPPoE dial-up network of China Telecom. In the load balancing, China Telecom can be selected as the group, and access to the telecommunications network with the target address will be prioritized from this group.
WAN 口是电信的 PPPoE 拨号上网，在负载均衡中就可以选择中国电信这个组，那对目标地址是电信网络的访问就会优先从这个组走。

The carrier traffic diversion policy can use the default IP address segment. It can also customize the upload file and enter the IP address provided by the local carrier.
运营商分流策略可以使用默认的 IP 地址段，也可以自定义上传指向文件，按当地运营商提供的 IP 地址填写。
