本地套餐管理

“Billing Plan” is used with “Local Portal”，it can be used as a general template for account flow settings.
本地套餐管理，配套本地账号认证使用，可做为账号流量设置的通用模板。

HotSpot-Billing Plan
选择认证计费-本地套餐管理
1) To modify the “Default Local Plan”, click edit.
1)可修改 Default 本地套餐，点击编辑
2) To add new “Plan”, click “ADD”.
2)添加新的套餐内容，点击添加

• Plan Name: Input the plan name.（Such as: One day plan,One hour plan）.
• 套餐名：输入套餐名（如：一天套餐，1 小时套餐）
• Total Flow (MB): 0 mean no limit..
• 总流量(MB)限制：0 为不限制
• Time Unit: Minute, hour, day, and month.
• 套餐有效时长单位：分、时、天、月
• Available Time: 0 mean no limit.
• 套餐有效时长：0 为不限制
• Uplink Bandwidth: Such as 2000.
• 上行带宽(Kbps)如：2000
• Downlink Bandwidth: Such as 2000.
• 下行带宽(Kbps)如：2000
• Self Service Select “Disable”.
• 自助服务选择关闭

Advanced configurations related to local plan
本地套餐相关的高级配置

Accounting Cycle: The minimum time unit for traffic statistics/time statistics (how often to calculate the duration/traffic).
记账周期 ：流量统计/时间统计的最小时间单位（多久计算一次时长/流量）
Expiration reminder duration: For package users with traffic, how much time is left to send expiration reminders to account users
到期提醒时长：计流量的套餐用户，还剩多少时间的时候针对账号用户发出到期提醒
Expiration Reminder Time: For timed package users, when there is still much traffic left, issue expiration reminders to account users.
到期提醒流量：计时间的套餐用户，还剩多少流量的时候针对账号用户发出到期提醒
Expiration Action: If the account corresponding to the package has already expired, execute the specified action.
到期动作：如果套餐对应的账号已经到期，执行指定动作
User Offline: Directly prohibit the user from accessing the Internet.
用户下线： 直接禁止用户上网
Switching Plan: Do not offline users, but switch users to a specified package (such as a limited 100K traffic package).
切换套餐： 不下线用户，但是将用户切换到指定的套餐（比如限速 100K 流量的套餐）
Expiration Reminder :(Portal-based) Configure expiration notification.
